Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, get in touch via our Contact Us form or via email and we’ll check it for you.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update the address for you. Contact us as soon as possible, via the above form, or email via hello@lefreek.com with your order number and the correct shipping details.

For our friends further afield, international shipping is coming soon. If you're outside Australia or New Zealand and would love to get your hands on Le Freek, email us and let us know where you are.

All orders will be shipped from our Melbourne, Australia location between 1-3 days of receiving your order.

All orders are dispatched within 2 days of being placed. Australian orders are shipped  from Melbourne via Australia Post and take between 2-7 business days for delivery. There's an additional premium Express Post option taking between 1-3+ days. 

Orders to New Zealand are shipped Australia Post International Standard and should arrive between 4-7 business days.

Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition and include all original packaging. Sale items are final sale. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll send the replacement to you free of charge.
